nowadays ,there are many women who were voted to be leaders of their countries. it seems to be a new century for women.
Can they replace men and become better leaders ? i'm afraid not. in my view , men are the better inviduals to contral the goverment of their counties.
          in a general,men are stronger than women .They usually have a good health and they are not easy to get ill.When they are busy,
It doesn't  matter to work from day to night even don't get enough sleep or have a rest .  But women can't do that .They can't bear physical or mental problems .Also ,men are  more active than women when they are working.They easily dedicate themselves to business.While ,women usually take more  time to take care of children and family .Sometime they are busy with cooking, shopping ,cleaning and so on.
So they don't put all their minds in working.
