Keep doing well in this week
Week 4
Today the result of last math test came out, it is not as good as what I am expecting. I only got 90% of my expectation due to careless and miscalculation. I calculated 3 +0.25 as 3x0.25. Carelessness is my biggest problem but I really do not know how to avoid this kind of attitude. The only thing I can do is trying to be more careful.

On the personal and group development skills class, we had a discussion about values ranking which is the task that asks us to rank different values in life. We recorded all the numbers that our group members ranked for each value, and use basic statistical methods to draw two different kinds of diagrams. One shows each member’s ranking for one particular value; the other shows the difference between one person’s ranking and the common ranking.

This week we also practiced interviewing. I interviewed my partner Sunny, she talked about our value ranking discussion and the charts that we made. Therefore, I know she was as excited as me about our charts. We never had a chance doing this kind of teamwork when we were in high school, so this is new and interesting for us and I know this was a good practice for developing group skills.

Since we are getting busier these days, I started to set up priorities for all the assignments and extra studies according to their deadlines and workloads. This helped me organize my studies and I feel I am on the right track, so I hope that I can keep doing well.

考试成绩出来了，我考的不是很理想，粗心依然是我的一个很大的缺点。但是我相信自己会在以后的学习中注意的，也相信自己在下一次的考试中能够有效的避免这个问题。
在我们的一项技能课上，我们做了一张表格，每个人按照自己的理解列出一个人一生最有价值的东西。我感觉这堂课对我的影响很深刻，我开始思考自己的人生，并且懂得了如何更理性的去取舍生命中的东西。
